Cancellation by the Customer
- Cancellations made 7 days or more before the travel date may be eligible for a partial refund after deducting applicable charges.
- Cancellations made less than 7 days before the travel date may not be eligible for a refund.
Cancellation by Us
In rare cases where we are forced to cancel the service due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued.
